Where we come from — and why you see it in every cake
Since 2019, we have turned a family story into a serious business. The recipes we create today at CHOCCOSO are born from a tradition in which each cake was hand-shaped and each flavor had its own story.
But tradition alone is not enough for the B2B market.
That's why we did something that small producers rarely do: we turned tradition into a system.
We kept the hand-crafting, original recipes and local raw materials. We have added standardized documentation, controlled processes, photographic reference standards and written confirmation of each delivery date.
The result: a homemade cake that you can put in a wholesale catalog, on a hotel plate, and on a retail shelf — with the guarantee that it will look and taste the same next time.
Our mission has always been the same: homemade cakes and cookies, handmade from real ingredients, without compromising on taste and quality. We believe that original and consistent is best.
